Fishing at Lucky Clover is a springtime favorite! Our stocked lakes are home to Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Crappie, and Bluegill—perfect for anglers of all ages and skill levels. No fishing license is required, and fishing is always free for campers. Just visiting for the day? Day passes are available for a relaxing day on the water. Want to explore more? Canoe and kayak rentals let you paddle the lake while you cast a line. Afterward, stop by our store for handmade pizza or a scoop of hand-dipped ice cream. Bow Fishing for Gar - Information & Guidelines
​Due to the proximity of our lakes to the Meramec River and the occasional flooding, we’ve noticed a growing population of Gar in our waters. While these fish are often considered a nuisance, we offer an opportunity for local anglers to help manage their numbers through bow fishing.
