 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 10 full days in advance to receive a refund. A $25 service charge applies to all cancellations.
Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit (the total amount paid).

 

 Reservation Requirements

  • A credit card is required to book lodging.

  • A list of all guests staying in the unit must be provided 10 days before arrival.

 Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: After 1:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  Lodging Rules

  •  No pets are allowed in any lodging units.

  •  Smoking is strictly prohibited in all lodging and public buildings.

  •  Lost keys incur a $10 replacement fee.

  •  Fires allowed only in designated fire pits.

  •  Please leave the unit reasonably clean. Excessive cleaning may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

  •  Bag all trash and dispose of it in the bin near the campground store.

  •  Any damages will be assessed and charged accordingly. 

  • A $100 cash security deposit is required for all lodging reservations.
